Can I make a change to my order or cancel it after it is placed?

Once an order is placed online, it cannot be canceled. All tickets sales are final. To change information on an order, please e-mail us at Events@Raiders.com immediately after placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that the change will be made as your order may have already been processed. Our goal is to process all orders out as soon as possible.

Will I get a receipt or confirmation of order after I’ve placed the order?

Yes. After your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include a description of the item or items, the quantity of your order, as well as the status of your order. Please note: If there is any adjustment to your order, it will not be reflected in this e-mail.

How do I make a purchase without using the Internet?

You can purchase tickets to events by sending us a money order through the mail. Simply choose the item or ticket you would like to purchase online and hit the Check Out button. Your entire order will show. Print this page after filling in your shipping information and send it to us with your money order. Send your completed order form and check or money order to:

Do I pay sales tax?

If your order includes any merchandise and is being shipped inside of California you must add 8.75% sales tax to your merchandise total.
