Can I make a change to my order or cancel it after it is placed?

Once an order is placed online, it cannot be canceled. All tickets sales are final. To change information on an order, please e-mail us at Events@Raiders.com immediately after placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that the change will be made as your order may have already been processed. Our goal is to process all orders out as soon as possible.

Will I get a receipt or confirmation of order after I’ve placed the order?

Yes. After your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include a description of the item or items, the quantity of your order, as well as the status of your order. Please note: If there is any adjustment to your order, it will not be reflected in this e-mail.

How do I make a purchase without using the Internet?

You can purchase tickets to events by sending us a money order or check through the mail. Simply choose the item or ticket you would like to purchase online and hit the Check Out button. Your entire order will show. Print this page after filling in your shipping information and send it to us with your check or money order. Please be sure to add shipping and tax to your order if applicable. Please note orders being paid by check must be held for 2-3 weeks for clearance before completely processed. Do I pay sales tax?

If your order includes any merchandise and is being shipped inside of California you must add 8.75% sales tax to your merchandise total.

Can I combine sales offers? What is your Sales Policy?

Sales offers cannot be combined. Any order that has received a discount through a coupon code for a percentage or dollar off is not eligible for additional price adjustments in the future unless otherwise noted. Our Sales Policy states that Promotions and Sales can be applied to orders that were placed up to 3 days prior to the start of the Sale or Promotion. Anything that exceeds the 3 day period is not eligible for the price adjustment.
